Because our products are personal care items, and for safety and hygiene reasons, we are limited in what we can accept as returns. Please read the policy below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final (Recommended for skincare)
Due to the nature of skincare and body care products, all sales are generally final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items once they have been shipped.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.

We list key ingredients for our products so you can make the best choice for your skin. We are not responsible for individual reactions to ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please review the ingredient list carefully and consider performing a patch test before full use.
Order Cancellations

Refunds (If Approved)
