Order Tracking

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pampher is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Pampher is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can review and assist.
